I don't get a choice of where I sit, but it's usually fine. Sometimes it's felt too far away... Today it felt excruciatingly close - and I wanted to hide under the chair. We've sat on the floor a couple of times before for part of a session, but only ever at her say-so because we were doing some sort of activity (using picture cards or toys)... I kinda liked that, because it felt more informal.. but I don't think I could just say 'hey T, this session I'm sitting on the floor, k?' - it wouldn't be the same if T didn't as well, anyway, and I can't really imagine she'd want to.
