I agree with ESKIELover also. I meant that choosing carefully but eating alot of small healthy meals. Restricting totally, no, just try to make yourself eat a bunch of healthy stuff that's definately healthy but low carb. Anyway just do it. You can do it. I really believe that women are really strong and I mean it. We are so lucky to have eachother. Do you realize how much potential that you have?
