The folks that I have worked with that were taking seroquel found it to be somewhat sedating, and they said that it helped somewhat on the day after (taking med at night). It was originally used as an antipsychotic but in 2008 it was approved by the US FDA for the treatment of Bipolar Disorder and Depression. I hope that it provides you with some relief.
