i am on meds for depression and backpain and am also seeing a regular physician and a psychologist. lately things have been getting somewhat better.

well, heres the deal. i also go to AA (I am an alcoholic) and about a week ago, one man was talking about having taken his grandson to the city pool, and I swear, this guy must have not known that women wear bathing suits at pools, because he started ranting and raving about how they were all trying to get raped, and when women get raped, they must have done something to deserve it, blah, blah, blah. Well, I got really upset--partly because it shocked me to hear it from him, because I have known him for three years and never heard him talk like that! PLus, it has happened to me and people have said the same thing about me--that I must have done something to deserve it. Well, when I got home, I started having really bad diarrhea, and all this week, it seems my depression has gotten worse again and the pain in my back has gotten worse too.
