It sure is difficult, and what you are feeling is SO normal when you have begun to make (or have made) that connection to your T, imo!

I have been in psychotherapy with the same psychologist for umteen years, and I see him 3x a week... so when he goes away for 2 weeks...it has a HUGE impact upon me. I go through the SAME concerns and reactions each and every time. (I don't remember this..but T tells me, to assure me..that he always returns, I'm always ok... etc)

I think writing during the normal therapy session time is a great idea! We are creatures of habit..and doing some therapy, albeit self care therapy, is good!
