It would be interesting to find out. At that age I don't remember anything causing any problems in my family. My main trigger now is feeling discounted. I can usually spot it early on and take steps to resolve the feelings and have learned how better to get my needs met and talk to myself in positive ways. Still, it can be very strong when it happens and sometimes takes me by surprise.
