I had terrible akathisia on Seroquel. It felt like a true torture. I am afraid of repeat experiences and Abilify, which my new p-doc suggested as an alternative to Geodon, is notorious for it. I am trying to gauge the likelihood of this problem from actual user experience.

If you take another drug that remedies the problem, please list it. Please also say if that drug lowers BP (mine is already low so I cannot take BP-lowering drugs long term).
