I got myself on the trampoline for 20 minutes this morning. Whooo hoooo!!! 20 minutes of rebounding is the same as 60 minutes of any other exercise.
Talking to this guy has given me some incentive. He was diagnosed with diabetes and has lost over 40 pounds since December by lowering his carbs and running on the treadmill. I kind of feel guilty when he gives me his progress and I haven't gotten around to doing anything since early March.
