last summmer, i spent two months in my bedroom. i absolutely couldn't leave my house. i fed my animals and that was it. if it had not been for PC, i don't know what i would have done.

i agree with Ben. talk to a T. there are excellent treatments for this. my T helped me out of my dilemna.
