I hope some Canadians will answer your thread and help you sort out who to call to get an appointment. But for right now I would urge you to relax as much as you are able and do something pleasant for yourself. Take a warm shower or a bubble bath. Go for a walk or a bike ride. Stop worrying about the mean kids from your past. The bad choices they made will catch up to them in one way or another. Lets hope they feel just enough shame to want to turn into decent people. Please consider being honest with your mother and asking for her support. For the moment let the past go and enjoy today. Courage!
