That a good response by MJ, she has a knack for saying the right things. Often we have to gain strength from others in order to get thru a day, or an hour. I've felt comfort many times by the things I've read here when I thought nothing could pick me up. Read all you can. You'll see members who were in the pits, and somehow managed to pick themselves back up again. Those are amazing success stories!

We can always live again, but watch out for your own expectations. There will always be pitfalls, and making it thru those can seems like an eternity. Try to live every good day like the miracle it truly is.

You're not on this path alone, a lot of us can relate. And we'll walk it with you...and maybe tell you some really bad jokes . I hope it gets better real soon.
