So I have recently become involved indirectly in a potential legal issue at work. I'm very much stuck in the middle, but I've been questioned as if I could be the guilty one for something. When you step back and look at the big picture, you see that this is a frivolous case and really caused by mgmt neglect.

But, it's really making me nervous and is upsetting. Things are complicated. I guess I have a hard time expressing myself when a somewhat hard brow blunt legal person comes at me on the offensive. Didn't used to let these things bother me, but I really care about doing a good job and achieving respect as well. So I am taking it personally and I can't seem to stop.

Thinking about seeing a therapist to deal with the stress. Anyone have thoughts?
