I think you've really answered your own dream interpretation x_x

You've been facing the damage your depression is causing (why would you be getting help if it's not causing problems in your life). The fire is a way relating the spreading damage your depression has caused, and since depression is a continuing issue, it doesn't start with a certain damage and then stop. The depression grows and the damage gets worse, gets -more-.

But now you have a plan to get help for the depression (yay for you, btw ^_^ ) So your subconsicous has acknowledged that the fire is being controlled and put out. The depression will still fight against the help initially (when I'm off my meds I -hate- the idea of even taking the pills, so I know how the battle goes) But it still goes out in the end. There is a lingering uncertainty, and that's shown through the remaining plan for evacuation.
