Almost 2 weeks ago I was sent for a pysch consult,things were getting real bad and I felt so fustrated ,I had kept asking for help so I went to the administrator of this nursing home and told him My current situation That got Me a consusult and thankfully I got admitted to The Psych Ward for almost a week I was so grateful! it was a great decision I'm just glad I was still able to make some decisions. I was just kinda scared (until I met some other ppl. ) and made some freinds too now I feel better My anti depressant was increased also I still have my ups and downs but as long as a journel and don't keep everything inside al;so I can can come here.
