There is an experimental test... They show you pictures of optical illusions... and those who have a psychosis or such normally find it easier to distinguish between the illusions or something... it is new research though... It isn't ready for use, they are still studying the whole thing and improving its accuracy... I don't think I would believe its results anyways.
