Are you on an antidepressant? If not, what about talking to your doctor about one? I know that alot of people don't want to take them because they're afraid of the side effects, but believe me, there are some that don't have severe side effects. In fact, I'm not having ANY side effects at ALL. I'm taking Cymbalta 60mg twice a day, and there are no side effects of any kind. And the Cymbalta works great for depresion! I was amazed at how FAST it worked too because most antidepressants take about 6 weekssto begin working. This one took between 2 to 3 weeks to work! I was very surprised!

So ask your doctor about it. Perhaps you should be on an antidepressant too! I wish you the very best. Please keep us posted on how you're doing,. ok? I hope you start feeling better SOON. Take care and God bless. Hugs, Lee
Yes I am on antidepressants, multiple meds to be exact. I have treatment resistant depression. I see a Pdoc and a T on a regular bases but some days are just "sigh".
