i'm bp2 (hypomanic but no depression). i've been exercising daily for more than 30 years...i have very fast music on my ipod and work out hard w/that music...or take a spin class....but only work out in the morning and my theory is to burn off some of the mania but not be jazzed up if i exercise at night...have e nough problems sleeping and feel i'd never sleep if i exercised at night.
