the animal control officer told me that the tips are always anonymous. she never, ever reveals who calls her.

i still cannot tell what went on. i just don't hear the puppies. and i can't see the gray dog, but she may be lying down. they did put a doghouse in there today, after the control officer came.

they have really high nice fences and chain the dogs???? i don't get that at all.

i'm trying to avoid looking actually. i'm hot, tired and cranky........unloading still........
