But it shouldn't replace regular healthy eating, just when you can't tolerate anything else.

Regular, healthy eating may have become a thing of the past for me.

Over the weekend, my car was hit from behind, and the doctor gave me a pill for inflammation and another for pain. The pain pill caused the same feeling as the lithium -- that hole-being-gnawed-through-stomach-wall feeling.

So I had it DOUBLE over the weekend. The stomach pain was terrible, so I quit taking that one and took the one for inflammation. I'm just putting up with being stiff and sore.
