I tried to deal with my mental health problems when I was your age, when I was in college, & I didn't manage as well as you did. I wasn't even able to realize--as you did--that I might do better having someone with me ...
So big kudos to you for having that much common sense going for you. I'm impressed!
No, seriously ... I mean it.
You've got lots of common sense. Here in the forums, you're in charge of you ... You call your shots, set your pace, do your research, have your act pretty much together. I mean, you are working on yourself and your issues & looking for better ways to cope and function.
So for you to fall apart just says to me that you need a great team to work with, a pdoc and T maybe. But ones whose language skills are equal to yours, for heaven's sake! That's a minimum. The best auto mechanic in the world is useless if you're driving a Ford & the only tools she has are a European caliber. You're the consumer here: make your demands known.
If I can do anything to help you ... find the right pdoc or whatever, please get in touch. You should be able to get it all right. Not by yourself, but with the right help you should be fine.
