exercise definitely pumps me up. i was doing jiu jitsu (around 4x a week) and gym 5x or more a week back to back until recently.
i do feel manic (and sometimes feel like the hulk haha) but i feel GOOOOD! but then again most of my manic states feel good. i can't say if it affects my sleep since i sleep so late regularly (current usual bedtime is around 0400-0500) and take trazodone & melatonin for sleep since i've had sleep problems for years.
