Neglecting personal hygiene came late in my tenure of being bipolar. In the beginning I was bipolar with perfect personal hygiene. So I would not place so much significance on this stand-alone symptom.
OP - it sounds like you already track your moods, since you know with such precision for how many days you were this and that. Take your charts to the p-doc, if possible.
