Hi, the doctor means that I will be forced against my will into a secure mental health hospital and that they will force me to take my meds. I really don't want this to happen to me, I know that this thing in my head that is telling me not to trust Doctors or their tablets is wrong but I really can't control it, It's like there are 2 people inside of me, one of which is the responsible one who tries to get help and is desperate to accept it and the other is a very paranoid person who doesn't trust anyone and knows that everyone is going to hurt me or try to manipulate me into taking poisonus tablets. My doctor says that it's the psychosis that is causing this paranoia and 'delusional' thinking. The thing about me knowing deep down that something is wrong is the responsible side of me that is slowly losing the battle.
