hi, if you feel bad or broken the best way to take care of it is to go out on a fresh air and listen to music, try to do things that calm you. for example when im unhappy i sit in my room and i reed books, it always helps me with depression
If you have problems with crying, try to watch some comedy movies and videos, for example '' fail compilations'' or ''cabarets'' all available on youtube, it always helps trust me

. remember to drink water when you cry for more than 20 minutes because you lose a lot of water by crying, your body gives out more sweat, your tears contain water which is one of the main and most needed substances in your body. low level of water in your body will make you depressed even more, drinking sparkling water is even better because it contains carbon dioxide and more oxygen, it will help your brain and heart, it will keep you up.
if your case is really bad and you start to self harm, you will have to go to professional psychologist, if you feel like you are not ready to talk to someone like this, try with friends or family members. talk to them and tell them what hurts you, by doing this you will make yourself more confident and it will give you less stress before, jeering and after the meeting with professional.
try to be open to others, make some friends at school or at work, give them your trust and talk to them about your problems, I'm sure someone will help you. If you make a good friendship with someone, you might try to make up a relationship with one of your friends, love will make you happy, it will make you feel safe and loved but remember do not go too fast with it until your sure that person really likes you and wants you to be happy.
