i had so many hospital visits i just gave them those records i didnt need a current medical doctor to "sign off" or write a letter. i just need to HAVE one and i was currently on meds. i also unfortunately went to the hospital during my ssdi evaluation and immediately turned in those papers. unfortunately i was in one. but i think it helped my case. BUT what im saying is i had so many hospital stays i gave them my records and i mean they mightve contact the hospitals. but not my current doctor.
