When I go to get into chat and java is doing its thing... it stops and a red x appears in the top left hand corner. I am using Mozilla Firefox for my browser. I just updated my java. Deleted my cookies on site here after the problem started. What else can I try to do to help get into chat?

Ohhh and please keep it as simple as possible lol and easy to understand.. I am not to bright on this stuff lol hehehehee
