Usually what they start with are epidural injections, which I HATE. None of them every worked for me. And they're just "bandaid" fixes anyway. Plus even the injections can cause problems for SOME people.
Then they go on to physical therapy.

it was just a thought. I have only been to one pain clinic, and have had way too many epidural injections that I never want to have to do again. Still dealing with a lot of pain, but do not want to do the injections again
