I hope your surgery went great! I had surgery at 14 last year on my ankles to correct flat feet. Was in double casts all summer. All I can tell you is that it will all go "up from here". Tell your husband how you felt, I feel that after talking to someone, my stress evaporates! Especially when dealing with something like surgery.
