Iv spoke to one person in my family about this but i got nothing from it. I live on my own and dont have my parents no more so reaching out is hard. Im visiting pdoc in about 2 weeks. Not on any meds, haven't been for about a year now, (doctors were ok about this). Its just all really knackering and just needed to get it out and tell somebody, its so hard dealing with all this on my own sometimes and like i say, this past week has just been scary as its never happened before.
