Newbies all need to be urged to READ all the FAQs and the community guidelines before posting. Since the number of posts is limited at first, the extra time onsite could be used wisely by reading how to do it with the least harm.

IMO, when the site was not so busy, it was easier to absorb each new member and "put up with" their ignorance until they learned. Now that we have so many new members each week, the ignorance in posting and chatting is compounding and overwhelming for many sensitive members. Remember, members are also having to get used to the "changing" of the site as well as the new member's learning
