They say very few men have it, but the also say that men who have it have a tendancy of allowing their anger to swing in to violence so are probably severely under diagnosed or misdiagnosed. Lord knows they have problems diagnosing it at all. Some therapists have the notion that diagnosing BPD is a death sentence since many of them still know so little about it and it's known to be hard to treat. Lucky us!
