Hey Wi, do you think a trampoline is good for someone with motion sickness? It sounds so fun, but I'd hate to invest in one and then be in mid-air and spew all over the place .

I tend to go back and forth between the treadmill and the stationary bike, and do stretching and light weights in conjunction with those. If I don't exercise 3-4 times a week, I just don't feel right.

I also try to exercise even when I'm not "formally" exercising, like parking far away from the entrance to a store for example, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Every little bit adds up! I guess consistency is the key.
