Dark Heart, so if I understand it correctly, with carbs, it is a simple arithmetic: you subtract the grams of fiber from the total grams of carbs. So beans have a lot of carbs, but are also very rich in fiber, and if you subtract the grams of fibers, things are not so bad.

Am I getting it right?
