This is my second day on vyvanse. Yesterday I felt amazing until about 400pm, except that I tried to eat lunch and it kept making me gag. (took it at 1015am) and then i just started freezing for no reason. This is VERY unlike me, I'm always hot. My family even jokes and calls me a "space heater" because I'm always burning up! VERY talkative for about 3 hours after meds kicked in (they kicked in about 1145).When I started freezing, I put on a ton of clothing, finally got warm, then got really hot. Goosebumps for no reason (even when hot!). Didn't wear off COMPLETELY until about 9pm. Ate half a sandwhich around 1045pm, as much as I could before I couldn't force anything else down bc of gagging.

Couldn't sleep much last night, only about 6 hours (divided in half by quite a few hours of wake time in between. also odd for me bc generally i require a good bit of sleep...) Headache today. Cold chills and hot flashes all day. Hubby says my skin isn't really cold, it feels normal. Although to me it feels like someone is freezing me from the inside out. Also, torso will feel hot and legs will feel cold and all prickly like im getting goosebumps. I'm also so tired today. I actually got frusturated earlier, which suprised me! Was able to eat cheerios and milk this am, and now am eating dry graham crackers with no sign of gagging.

My question is, has anyone else felt this? Is this just side effects that will go away or do they mean that the meds don't work for me or that I'm having a bad reaction to the meds? i saw on the vyvanse site that "fly like symptoms" can mean overdose. I'm only on 50mg a day, so I don't think it could be that. I just consider the chills, then hot flashes a flu symptom, but again I have never had the flu......
