Ok so I don't know for certain...but I've been heading down hill for the past few days. If tomorrow I wake up and find that I don't feel like shite, I'll be happy. Surprised but happy.
Last night sort of clued me in that I was on a down cycle. I just felt pissy. Sure enough, today I was walking toward the edge.
Tomorrow I'll probably be closer to the edge if not already there.
