Wow, even my firmware engineering interviews weren't that tough......sounds like a highly competitive position.
Definitely get enough sleep. I found that sleep effects blood pressure, nerves, & definitely my ability to think clearly......focus on your sleep. If you have it for the position....you already have it so I wouldn't be as worried about anything other than keeping your mind as sharp as possible. I don't know about you, but when I exercise in the morning, it causes me to be more tired by the time afternoon hits....but that could be because I'm getting OLD.
I would also suggest eating a good well rounded breakfast with protein....but not a big lunch...maybe a small snack to keep your stomach from growling....but I know that a large lunch also makes me tired & my brain not function at top quality.
