I have McAfee virus protection on my computer, and I kept getting this notice that my computer was "at risk." Looking online, I learned that McAfee has had some problems lately with updates that cause this problem. (My virus protection software should be good well into 2013.) In the article online, some people have actually lost service altogether! In trying to solve my problem, I even went back to McAfee and bought the protection AGAIN! The company site caught this, so now my "protection" extends till 2014. I'm dismayed by this. Hopefully, now my computer is protected, but this popup occurred after I installed the new updates.
