Hey, Setso -- I understand how you feel.

There are days when I get so irritated by people or situations. It's difficult at times, but you've got to remind yourself that things will get better. Either that day or the next day. But they will get better.

If you're hanging out on a forum or chat that sets you off, quit hanging out there.

I've had to step back from a few places, and even a few people in real life who trigger stuff within me.
