Have you recently increased any psych meds? I had the same thing happen to me when my pdoc increased one of my meds (by quite a bit). Have you been tired lately? Do you eat meat? (i.e. iron intake?)

If it were me and I couldn't see a dr. I would just be cautious and see how things went. If it happens again, then i would find the money to see a dr.
