I'm backpacking sometime in September for the weekend, and I usually wake up in the night going pee every other hour because I'm drinking so much in the day. And now because of the extra lithium, I'll be having to stop to run behind a tree every fifteen minutes during the day hikes!
What do I do? It's not healthy to hold it. Are there pills to take to stop the urges to pee so much? I need extra fluids, but should I stick to gatorades over regular water?
