Coconut water is the new hydration drink, if you can get it without too much added sugar. Some brands have a lot more potassium than others, too. If not, you are better off with water with a pinch of salt and lemon juice for flavor. Gatorade has way too much sugar. You can probably find recipes online for homemade Gatorade substitutes. I saw some a long time ago so my memory is a little fuzzy.
