I tried EFT for OCD - it did nothing at all, I just got anxious touching my face because my hands didn't feel clean.
I like CBT though - it helped me feel better, but for the most part my ex psychologist said we had kind of stopped doing it and she was just supporting me.
I think it's more the doctor sometimes.
