I usually hike 15 miles roundtrip, so water is extremely important for those who take lithium to avoid dehydration, fainting, dizziness, and kidney failure/problems, etc. I need to drink at least double of what I normally intake because I'll be sweating it out.

I've tried coconut water and not like it, so I'm looking for some vitamin water with electrolytes like gatorade without too much sugar.
