I sleep from midnight until 9:00 am. I take an hour nap most days and some times 2 hours. I go to bed around 12:00 then get up at 4:30 w/ my H. Get up again at 7:00 to get a child off to school and up again at 9:00 when my littlest one gets up. So I don't know how to count that. After 4:30 it is very broken sleep. It is at nap time to. But I am so mentally drained that I need a break or a nap.
