I'm not 15 anymore (I'm in my mid-twenties), but I have been hospitalized multiple times in my teens. I was terrified the first time, but it was what I needed to be safe. And quite honestly, it was such a relief to not have to worry about the stressors of the real world and be able to focus on my recovery. I don't know your family or friends situation, but please please please reach out to someone you trust and tell them how you feel. Let someone help you if you don't trust yourself to stay safe!
