Some tips about interviewing from a long time recruiter:

Always ask for the job! Say "Thank you for your time today. I enjoyed meeting with you and feel that this is the right opportunity for me. If you make me a fair offer, I will accept it"

Be careful how you answer some questions:

Salary: I would like a fair salary based on my experience and the current market in this location. If forced to give a number give a big range so you don;t price your self out of a job, and don't get low balled.

Future: always make them feel like you are going to be there long term. Say: "As long as things are going well, I can see myself here for foreseeable future."

I have many more tips and tricks for those interested. Call me at 636-536-6656 and I'll do my best to help out.
