I would love to, but for example right now---my sleep has been fragmented. I just took a 2-hr nap and I feel like I've taken a muscle relaxer. My brain is alert, my body....so so tired. I feel like I'm dragging a ship anchor around with me everywhere I go. I checked my sleep machine when I woke up---I'd definitely stopped breathing bcause the pressure was higher. I just want relief....
