yes. I hit that wall right before I get really hyper (overtiredness). I've leanred the best thing to do when you get like this is to remove yourself from the scene (go in a quiet place, listen to soothing music or look at a book, stroke your pet, curl up in a bunch of blankets, etc.) But hopefully, if you notice you are getting like this more a lot, really work on getting enough rest, eating healthy, and exercising so you don't end up in such a bad position to begin with.
