I had no clue that anxiety attacks could last that long. I though that's something that's gone after 30 minutes or so, because an old pdoc told me that once. I mentioned at an appointment that I had something like a panic attack the night before, he asked me how long it had lasted, I said about 30 minutes, and he actually said anxiety attacks don't last more than 10 minutes and that was it, it was never mentioned again.
Well, he was an idiot anyway.

I do have an appointment with a Cardiologist on Thursday. I haven't had any more symptoms except for occasional stabbing pain on the left side of my chest. Like right now. But I haven't taken any more Xanax.

I don't really get much caffeine, I don't really drink coffe, except for the occasional Frappuccino, I don't drink soda, and I don't eat much chocolate either because I can't afford it right now.
