Hope u get some sleep,
What all have u tried?
Around 10pm take a nice shower then eat some high carb food, then lay in bed and stop all thoughts, only focus on your breathing, ur mind will wander but keep coming back to ur breathing.
If it 7am and ur still wide awake focusing on your breathing, you should see a doctor ASAP
